The rain thing in my scenario leads to a good tip though. If you brew outside CHECK THE WEATHER! Don't just look outside, conditions can change faster than you think. A trip to www.wunderground.com can save you a ton of headache. Make sure you look at the hour - by - hour report; they've made it harder to find but it's absolutely invaluable. You're looking for spikes in the "chance of precipitation." As a general rule of thumb, if it says 80% chance, expect rain!
