Any style from my backyard. I've learned how to make really good scrambled eggs - once you figure that out it's hard not to love them. I'm was over-easy guy.

Hmmmm- a gin martini (very dry) is the best cocktail in the world. I don't even care if it's Tanqueray Ten, Bombay Sapphire or even Beefeater- all wonderful to me.

But I hate eggs. Hate them in all forms.

I've said it before, and I will say it again, if I am ever forced into a fist-fight with Yooper, I will immediately submit.

She speaks of "wine-whips" AND drinks gin martinis? Yeah... not THIS cowboy.

I don't know whether to be flattered or insulted.

Quite a few HBT'ers have met me in person, so maybe that could tell you if I'm really intimidating or not.

But I'm 135 pounds, and pretty small (size 4). Even though I play hockey, I don't see me really scaring anybody!

Oh goodness, I hope you arent insulted. As you know, my sense of humor is... odd. I will say your current avatar is a lot less intimidating than the first one I saw you wearing, thats for sure.

Scrambled with chorizo, skillet potatoes, onions, and green peppers is a first choice. But if I had it my way, and it was easier and healthier, Benedict all the way! If you love eggs Benedict - and are ever in Seattle - its worth the price of admission to sit at the top of the Space Needle and savor their fine brunch and eggs beni!

For breakfast ... fried, easy over - and with the toast buttered, with a dash of salt and lots of pepper then the toast cut into little squares and dipped into the egg.

Pickled eggs are the whip. I’ve got some in the icebox right now.
They used to have a big jar each of pickled eggs, picked sausages and pickled hocks at the Irish bar I used to hang out at in Detroit, O’Halloran’s Tipperary Pub. It was all the nutrition you needed to survive ... dark beer and the things in those jars. Add potatoes and you’ve got a full blown holiday ... the Irish Miracle ... the “holy trinity”. (all this talk makes a man thirsty ... rip me liver out I’m dry).

Or getting home from the bar without having eaten, I’ve often made “Strammer Max” ... which is basically a piece of heavy rye bread grilled with butter and then topped with a slice of ham, a fried egg, and cheese - emmentaler or munster or swiss cheese. When I was younger and still living with my folks sometimes instead of ham I’d make Strammer Max using something called leberkase which is a sort of traditional German meatloaf.

Don't you also hate cheese?!?!? Man, sometimes, it's like I don't even know you!!!!

Hmmm, I guess, technically, I don't.
