Over easy, then placed on top of a pile of mashed potatoes. Grew up with this concoction in a dutch family. Get a couple of slices of fried balkenbrij next to that and you're a Hollander.

If you want to be fancy, make mashed potato egg boats. Who doesn't have a pile of leftover mashed potatoes in the fridge?

I haven't found a type of eggs yet that I dont like! Anyway and style.

Yeah, I only like runny eggs if I have something like toast or hashbrowns to eat them with. That way they are great. Eggs benedict, or any of the other similar preparations, can be delicious. Otherwise, I go for scrambled or an omelette. It is hard to beat a good deviled egg!

Man I am hungry for some eggs now! Just got a dozen and a half from a guy at work who has chickens. If I only had some bacon grease and a small pan and some bread and a toaster...

Well, I'm heading out in a few minutes so I can participate in the Guild Wars 2 Stress Test anyway, so maybe I'll fry up some eggs as an after dinner snack.

I'm liking that mashed potatoes concoction. Put that on my weekend plans.

Three eggs over easy, one on top of the other with a slice of cheese between the layers, chopped up with a fork and spooned over an english muffin.
If I'd known I was gonna live this long, I'd have taken better care of myself!

For my money (and time) it doesn't get any better than a homemade egg/sausage/cheese on an english muffin. Eggs straight up I prefer either scrambled or over easy. If they're scrambled I usually leave them a little 'underdone' so I don't end up w/ dried egg cakes lol. All in all though, I'm not too picky.

I love eggs. Fried in butter or bacon grease & overeasy does it.

I'll warn everyone, you do NOT want to be around me when I eat hard boiled eggs.

Then there's the chicken stress toy with included egg!

I love just about all types of eggs. Love egg salad sandwiches with bacon-bits!.

Anyone ever have a turkey egg? My parents have a few laying turkeys on their ranch.
