I am trying to buy some in bulk and so far have ordered Cascade and Willamette. Would order Citra, Amarillo, or Simcoe but its all gone. thinking I might order one more domestic and a European Hop. Found a good deal on Calypso and Hersbrucker and Hallertau. Trying to decide between Hersbrucker and Hallertau

Saaz
Cascade
Hallertauer
Columbus

And I'd be very sad at what I couldn't use. If the apocalypse happened however, I could still hit most of my styles with these.

Cascade, Willamette, fuggle and centennial. But would also have to have citra and Amarillo.
Hersbrucker and hallertau are the same.

  1. Saaz (essential for my pilsners)
  2. Centennial (with this, no need for cascade)
  3. Chinook (must have for my IPAs)
  4. Magnum (generic high-AA bittering hop for me)
I'd add a 5th, probably Hallertau, for all german beers without the spicey notes of Saaz.

I have cascade, williamette, and hallertau hop plants as I use these very often.

I will be looking to get centennial, chinook, and columbus next spring.
