Thank you. It has been fun. I hope to freeze some of the yeast. I will be taking a gravity reading tonight. I am hoping to bottle this weekend....I know I should leave it longer but this is the only time I have for a while and the pipeline is empty.

Checked gravity tonight. 1.014 right where it should be.

Tastes and smells awesome.

Little bit of hops floating around as I just dumped the whole boil kettle into the fermentor.

Just a quick update on this. I bottled the beer on Monday 10/8 and put two in the fridge this morning that I will try tomorrow night. Will post a pic of my "no chill" harvested yeast Brown Ale then.
