The FG was 1.011, making it 6.5% abv
So I just sampled this. It definitely has a sweetness to it, (I like it, but maybe I'll reduce the crystal next time) with a melon-y/citrus-y aroma, It needs to get colder. I had my keezer set at 60 for fermenting a steam beer batch. Just cranked it down to 46.
next time I think I will go back to old hop schedule for this beer. Which was amarillo/citra dryhop.
