I tapped an APA last night, that I used Nelson Sauvin for the late additions. I'd never used it before. Let me say that the aroma and fruitiness of this hop is awesome. I can't wait to incorporate it into some of my other brews.
I could see where too much could be overwhelming, but I think I may have a new favorite!

I've used them as well in an IPA that I've done a couple times, and I love 'em.
