Back in January I made a girl help bottle my smoked IPA on a third date. Six months, five batches, and lots of craft beer later she's still around!

- Drinking: BPA made with ingredients from NHC, 2 blends of a rye sour: ECY20 + ECY34, local sour cherry kriek #2, brett'ed Belgian blond on raspberries
- Aging: Imperial Chocolate Milk Stout (half on coconut), sour blond on second-use cherries, English Barleywine (half on brett), 3726 saison w/ brett x2 (dregs mix & Lochristi), GNO 3724 saison w/ brett mix, sour cherry mead, acerglyn, and a few other sours...

never sparged before, and neither of us have one. we're hoping that the brew store we go to has one, but if not.. how could i tweak the recipe to adapt?

sparge is a term for rinsing, basically washing the sugars from the grains

you could do BIAB with a paint strainer bag found at any hardware store if you don't have lauter tun
