Hi, I' m a young brewer from Italy, I live in Lucca ( Lucca isn't a city in arkansas ) and I registerded in this american forum because I'll learn the american method for make the beer..

My challenge to you - cannoli inspired beer. Please? I love those things.

I'm half Italian, from New Jersey. If you enjoy cooking - and you should, you have a great heritage to draw from - you should enjoy brewing also. So many options, I have a long ways to go to better appreciate the ingredients going into beer as you might for food.

Hi BrewgrassPickins, I' m a chef in a famous restaurant in lucca, I understand of food and sometimes i feel some combinations beer-food, ah..for buzzny, last november I brew a partial mash beer with chestnut, it' s wonderful!!
