One of the days I am going to be brewing up a chocolate apricot ale with the following grain bill
48% 2.100 Wheat Malt
41% 1.800 American Two-row Pale
7% 0.300 Crystal 15L
5% 0.200 Chocolate Malt
I want to use cocoa nibs as well as apricots in secondary but have no idea how much to use for a fairly light beer such as this. Any good advice? I was thinking in the likes of 25 gram, would that be overshooting it?
