In the next few days I will start to work on a fermentation chamber. I was wondering is it possible to wire the temp controller so I can set the temperature and it controls the heat and the cold air till it reaches the desired temperature?

There are several threads on Temperature Controller Builds that people have posted to do exactly what you want to do. One of the threads that is popular right now is with respect to an EBay Aquarium temperature control builds. There are others that are with respect to Love Temperature Controllers. Finally there are some that you use a non-programmable thermostat to achieve the desired results of maintaining a constant fermentation chamber temperature.

Good Luck. Mark
