Was thinking of doing a similar recipe to the cream of 3 crops recipe. But I was gonna add sorachi ace hops at 15 minutes left (18 IBU'S) on the boil then add some aroma hops. I have some ahtanum hops laying around. I like their aroma. Would it be bad to add 2 ounces of ahtanum at flameout for aroma?

If you are shooting for a BMC brew, then 2 oz. of any hop a flameout is way too much. I wouldn't go more than 0.5 oz, if that. Now if you want more aroma than a typical BMC, then toss those hops in there!
