Default Post fermentation temps

How critical is it to keep the temp down after the fermentation is complete? (ie: secondary and bottles)

Not that big of a deal in the bottles. I wouldn't let it go above 80. More important in the secondary (if fermentation is complete) since the cooler temps will induce clearing.
