Default All-Grain - Leftover IPA

I have some leftover hops sitting in my freezer and a friend, who loves IPAs, wanted to brew with me. I was wondering if I could get some feedback on this recipe.

12# Pale 2-row
1# Crystal 10 L
0.75 # Carapils
0.25 # Torrified wheat
0.25 # Honey malt
1.0 to 2.0 # corn sugar

0.72 oz Northern Brewer (10.3%) 60 min
0.44 oz Crystal (4.1 %) 45 min
0.5 oz Willamette (5.5%) 30 min
1 oz Cascade (7.1%) 30 min
0.5 oz Nugget (15.3%) 15 min
1 oz Cascade (7.1%) 15 min
(all pellet)

I was also considering dry hopping 0.5-1.0 oz of Cascade

My efficiency hits around 65%, unfortunately.
Would using MO instead of 2-row be much different?

Feedback:

-Cut the C10 in half, you'll already have enough sweetness from the additional Honey Malt.
-Go with 4-6% total corn sugar.
-Skip the 45 minute addition. Use Willamette and Crystal at 30 and move Cascade later in the boil or dryhop.
-Dryhop much more than 1/2 to 1 ounce.
-MO is English 2-row. It will have a richer flavor than American 2-row.

Cheers

First off, listen to bobbrews; he knows his IPAs. Second, I'd move your hops around. Here's the schedule I'd do with those hops:

0.5 oz Nugget (15.3%) First Wort Hops (FWH)
0.72 oz Northern Brewer (10.3%) 30 min
0.5 oz Willamette (5.5%) 30 min
1 oz Cascade (7.1%) 10 min
0.44 oz Crystal (4.1 %) 5 min
1 oz Cascade (7.1%) 1 min

As Bob said, 45 minute additions do little. You don't get the aroma and flavor that you would with later additions, but you also don't get all the bittering that a 60 minute addition would give you. Good luck and cheers!

Thanks guys . If you couldn't tell already, this is my first ipa and I haven't done anything with too many hops yet.
