The sheets from my first competition.
Primary: Too many sours to mention.
Aging: Mead, Flanders Red, Belgian Dark.
Serving: Too many to mention. Dry Cider, East Coast IPA and Old Ale are my current standards.

A ball valve assembly for my brew pot (a turkey fryer set up) and a refractometer that measures Brax and OG.
In fermentation "pickledwilly IPA", Irish red ale
on tap, Cockfosters 90 minute ipa, raven Haired beauty, Irish red ale.
