My first crack at a Black IPA, I think it will be more Brown but should be tasty either way.

Got a ESB with a touch of amber malt, single hopped with willamette and my 2 christmas belgian beers: a dark strong with port, oak and elderberries, and a golden strong with coriander, orange peel and oak.

No1 An all extract wheat beer.
No2 Some really herby ginger beer, to be bottled in the morning.

Right now is the NB smashed pumpkin, one week into fermentation and air lock is still showing activity.
