Imperial oatmeal stout thinking about adding powdered peanut butter in the secondary. Any suggestions??

You know, I'm a fan of using home made extracts such as described here:

It's a little more work but allows you to dose it exactly right. Also, no problem with head retention.

First batch. Pre hopped LME IPA. This is 4 days in. Hope it looks right.
