Take the total grams of the sugar from the juice and sugar packages. Divide by the amount of total liquid in liters. 10g/L is 1 BRIX.

hmm so 2250 grams of sugar divided by 15.141 liters of juice equals a SG of 2.122.... my math may be off

10grams of sugar in 1 liter equals 1 BRIX. 2250/10/15.141 = 14.6BRIX or about 8% ABV.

When you are using "Beer Calculus" on Hopville, They have the Apple cider and Juice valued as such that when you tell the program you are using 1 pound of cider it is equal to 1 gallon of cider at 1.050 S.G.
Very handy in estimating new recipes. I used it for a batch of graff I made a couple weeks ago and the SG was right on.
