Cream Ale with orange peel?
Last weekend I made a PM Cream Ale. Now my first thought is to brew this and bottle it so I know what the base recipe tastes like before I start adding things, but I'm inclined to add oranges to the secondary to give it a nice summer refreshing taste. What do you guys think? Should I? To add oranges do I use peels in the secondary and how much should I use just to give it a nice hint without overpowering it?
