Default New Guy from PA

Hello everyone!

I'm Eric from Pennsylvania and am pretty new to homebrewing. I've done 3 batches of wine at a shop near me, but this will be my first brew and first time flying solo. Bought my equipment and a Cooper Extract kit (Wheat) on Monday and have been doing some reading on here to get my head on straight.

Thanks for sharing your expertise and ideas on here, looking forward to learning a lot more from you all!
