I just fill the racking cane half full of Star San and let gravity and vacuum start the siphon. Just looked at Flyguys T-siphon though and that looks easy too.
Agree with others to start your racking 1/2 to 2/3 into the bucket. Slowly lower till you see sediment at the top of the racking can. Raise it up a little so it runs clear again. Easy. I've always moved my vessels right before racking, might have to start planning ahead a little more to allow it to resettle.
