How hardy is beer?
On the international Hardy scale (IHS), beer is much less douchy than Ed Hardy

Much more poetic than Thomas Hardy

Funnier than Laurel and Hardy

And tougher than the Hardy Boyz

Seriously, though, once you are on the forums long enough, you notice that about 80% of those who think they ruined their beer end up with perfectly good beer. About 19.2% make a huge user error that causes their infection or other problem, even if they have no idea what that error was. The other 0.8% actually have screwed up beer through no fault of their own.

It is difficult to mess up a batch of beer if you practise good santitation and proven recipes!
Primary #1 - Midnight Ryeder (Midnight Wheat and Rye)
Primary #2 - Florida Weiss
Primary #3 - Kane-DOH APA (Honey Citra APA)
Secondary #1 - Downtown Flanders Brown (brewed August 2012)
Keg #1 - Raspberry Florida Weiss
Keg #2 - Cinnamon Raisin Cider
Keg #3 - NONE!
Bottled - NONE!
