I just racked the inaugural batch of APA.APA to secondary. Oh God, so good! The color is great (like a SNPA but without the red tones) and the taste...even at this raw stage I know it's going to be good...knock on wood. The bitterness is there but not overpowering. Nice aroma. I can't wait to try it after two weeks.
