Will this drill power it alright? Or will I need something more powerfully. It says 2500rpm

You will be just fine with that drill. Especially since it has a power cord. You won't have to worry about the battery life of a cheap drill. Which monster mill do you have?

make sure you get the 3/8" shaft if you're going to use this drill. I have the mm2.0 with 1/2" shaft so this drill wouldn't work for me.

That drill will work on the 3/8" shaft as noted, however, 2500 RPM is far faster than recommended.

I have/use this..the variable speeds "Sucks" though .
Either fast or faster.. but for $20.00 (when i got it) on sale+ online coupon,it gets the job done.

Slower would better IMO...more power is always nice as well. I have the HF unit linked above and am very happy w/ it.

Bought this on Friday, used it Friday night to pre-mill my grain for Saturday's brew (finally decided to prep ahead of time, guys!). Ran on slowest speed, got monster efficiency this brew (87%).

I appreciate the idea of using a corded drill, but my cordless 14.4v Dewalt works fine on it's lowest speed with my MM 2 2.0. So for anyone looking to get a MM, no worries - as long as your drill takes a 1/2" bit it will work just fine.
