Default Is this IPA infected?

It smells fine and doesn't taste sour. I have never seen anything on the surface of my beer before, so I assume it is infected.

All opinions welcome. Just want to know before I dry hop.

No that's just Krausen that has not fallen out.

Kind of hard to tell, can be yeast and hop particles. If it smells and taste fine let it sit and see if It falls. .

Yeah, it smells great and doesn't taste sour. I have never seen one of my beers before 3 weeks either. I am going to add my dry hops and let it sit another week.

I guess it is relevant to say this beer is 2 weeks in. S-05 pitched dry.
Fermented in a room that is 68* 24 hours a day.

I also use Us-05. I've seen that on some of my batches. I too was worried, but turned out fine. Probably just hop/leftover krasen that hasn't dropped. No need to worry! =)

Yeah your fine I get that all the time in my real hoppy batches. Matter of fact some commercial IPAs always seem to have those specs at the bottom of the bottle.
