I just took 2 pounds of the base malt, and roasted at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. It imparted a nice orange hue and subtle toasty flavor to the beer.
I supply my father in law and one of my friends with kegs of beer, and they really both enjoy this one, and asked why I decided to brew a beer with citrus added.......there is no citrus added, the hops give a great citrus note.
