I have about a gallon of a previous saison i brewed and attemping to sour it. It's coming together surprisingly good after a little taste yesterday. Nice and sour and i am happy with the results right now. The question is should i remake the saison and blend it? i need to play with the ratios but think if i do it it might be 50/50. I also want more than 1 gal of this sour too. Any input will be helpful.
