I am planning on making my first Braggot. It will be a Raspberry Braggot that I would like to get some comments on.
My goal is to have a balance between the malts, honey and raspberry.

Hop Bill
1.00 oz Cascade Pellet (7.8% Alpha) @ 15 Minutes (Boil) (0.2 oz/Gal)
1.00 oz Willamette Pellet (4.9% Alpha) @ 15 Minutes (Boil) (0.2 oz/Gal)

5 Tbs Yeast Nutrient @ 15 Minutes (Boil)
48.00 oz Raspberry @ 2 months (Secondary)

Single step Infusion at 151F for 60 Minutes.
Fermented at 68F with WLP001 - California Ale

Ferment at 68F for 2 weeks in primary. Rack to secondary and add twice frozen whole raspberries.
Leave in secondary at 60F for 8 weeks.
Bottle with 3/4 cup priming sugar and let sit at 68F for 1 week then move to basement (60F) for 2-3 weeks.

Will I need to add any additional yeast at bottle time?

Thanks for the comments.

i just made my first braggot. that looks pretty good, but from what i understand, at least 51% of your fermentables need to be honey.

Status update on my Raspberry Braggot.
I upped the honey to 9lbs and added and additional .5oz of Cascade at 60 min.
This turned out fantastic. There was good honey flavor and aroma and the raspberries were noticable and gave it the color. It was a hit with all who tried it.
The raspberries all floated during secondary which turned out to be in there for 9 weeks.
