Hey gang,

I bottle my first AG tonight, an English Porter. I missed my OG by 12 pts, oh well, the FG was very clean at 1.007. It tastes very good at this point, I can hardly wait for it to carb.

Got a Centennial Blonde lined up for this weekend

What was the recipe/grain bill? 12 points is a lot.

11 lbs 2-Row
1 lb Caramel/Crystal Malt 80L
1 lb Chocolate Malt

I mashed for 60 mins starting at 154. From what I can recall, I didn't stir after the mash before batch sparging so my efficiency was only 60%

Was shooting for 1.058 pre boil and hit 1.046

Congrats! I bottled my first two AG batches a few days ago, and I'm already itching to pop one open. Cheers!
