I was searching "pipeline + planning" and stumbled into this post.
I have been spending far too much money on the gourmet IPAs that I love.
I'm trying to get my home pipeline flowing so that I can cut that cost by 2/3.
I have transitioned from consuming a month before bottling to spending two weeks before kegging. I don't feel that it's ideal but when the pipeline is full of drinkable hop bombs then I can back it off a bit and determine where in the middle ground the sweet spot lies.
