Default Trying to Find a Substitute

Hey I posted this in the General Section as well: Maybe this is were it should have went to begin with;

"Hey everyone, I need a substitute for Nelson Sauvin, Pacific Jade, and Pacifica. I am trying to make my New Zealand Rye IPA for a homebrew competition in August. I have heard It was not a good year for New Zealand Hops or any hops at that.....
Need a hop guru fast!!!!........Thanks for your help!!!"

The only one I'm familiar with is the Pacifica which I know has a Hallertau lineage so if you can get your hands on some German Hallertau you may have a substitute in that.
