Pod evening everyone!

I know I have seen the answer on here before but I am havering a difficult time finding it again!

I have a gallon of coconut wine I would like to bottle but it is not clearing, it has been setting for several months without any fermentation going on and has been racked three times already, I think it is a pectin haze but I can't seem to find some suggestions on getting rid of it. I would love for it come clear as it turned out pretty good!

Let me know if any of you have a suggestion! I would like to bottle it as soon as I can!

Would you dissolve the pectin enzyme in some of the wine first then put it back in? And how much would you suggest to use for one gallon?

About a teaspoonful, and yes mix it with a little of the wine in a sanitized glass and pour back in.

Thank you very much!
Did it just now it cleared the glass right up but pouring it in I think it will take a bit to get the gallon clear! Guess we will see tomorrow morning!!!

Thank you for the advice!!!
