Recipe Type: All Grain   
Yeast: WLP007   
Yeast Starter: 1000ML   
Batch Size (Gallons): 5   
Original Gravity: 1.062   
Final Gravity: 1.010   
IBU: 63   
Boiling Time (Minutes): 60   
Color: 7   
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 10 Days   
Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 7 Days   
Tasting Notes: Pine, floral, and citrus notes from the hops with a moderate rye finish   

Grain:
9 lbs Pale Malt (2-Row)
2 lbs Rye Malt
2 lbs Vienna Malt
1 lbs Crystal/Carmel - 20L

Boil:
1 oz Magnum @60
1 oz Simcoe @10
.5 oz Cascade @10
1.5 oz Cascade @ 0

Mash:
Single Infusion @ 152 for 60 minutes, mash out for 10 minutes

Yeast:
1000ML starter of WLP007

Fermentation:
Primary for 10 days
Secondary for 7 days (add 2 oz of cascade)
