My buddy is having a bachelor party in later June. I am in search of a great pale ale recipe. Any suggestions?

I'm still new to this so I don't want to sound like an idiot, but what exactly is dry hopping and how do you do it

I'd do some sort of west coast pale ale clone... everyone will drink those. Just get it started ASAP if you want it ready in a month.

I'd skip the dry hopping as it'll add an extra week to your brew. Typically, dry hops are added after primary fermentation is over for some additional aroma and flavor.

This. x1gazillion. Brewed it when I just started out & my brother in law thought it was the best beer he'd ever had. If it could overcome my n00b-ness, it must be amazing!

Wait. You're not talking about beer, right?
You're talking about beer. That could have been a whole lot more fun.
