Recipe Type: Extract   
Yeast: saflager 34/70   
Batch Size (Gallons): 5   
Original Gravity: 1.048-1.056   
Final Gravity: 1.010-1.015   
IBU: 23-30   
Boiling Time (Minutes): 65 mins   
Color: 4-6 light   
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 7-10 days   
Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 2-3 weeks   
Tasting Notes: this one will probly end up being my house beer, it turns out good every time   

6 lbs pilsner light liquid malt
1lb carapils malt
1lb viennna malt
1oz northern brewing (bittering hop) 60 min
.5oz hallertau (flavor hop) 30 min
.5oz hallertua (aroma hop) 2 min



seep grains for 30 mins , then follow hops above. very simply and very good

Sorry this is for 5 gallons. I boil with 3 gallons.
