Any good sites in the league of www.howtobrew.com for winemaking? I've found a handfull, but none that really answer all my questions.

I think the definitive winemaking site is jackkeller.net. It's a little strange to navigate at first- go to "winemaking pages" and then scrolll all the way to the bottom and start with "beginners" or something like that. He has step by step instructions along with the rationale behind them. he also has advance tips and techniques for later on. It's the best site for winemaking that I've ever seen.
