In ordering all my kegging stuff I just ordered a bunch of Super flex tubing (http://www.brewersdiscount.com/item5074.ctlg) it says it "can be used as air line" in the description. Should I replace the CO2 line portion with gas specific hose?

In the description they say it's good for use as an "air line". What they mean is that it can be used for both liquid and CO2. But be advised that 1/4" ID tubing will not work well for kegerator applications. The 1/4" ID stuff is fine for gas lines (of any length) or liquid lines if your kegs are located remotely from the taps.

In a kegerator where the taps are within a few feet or so from the kegs the 3/16" ID beverage line is what you need.

I used the 1/4" stuff for gas lines because the barbs on my secondary bank are 3/8" and I knew 3/16" couldn't stretch enough. However, you just cannot use 1/4" for your beerline or you'd need to use 20 feet of it to prevent foaming. 8 feet of 3/16" is a better option.

Sorry, I put the wrong link. I did order the 3/16 hose. Thanks for the replies.
