This one was brewed up about 5-6wks ago, starting to drink it now and its quite tasty. Spicy/fruit yeasty phenolics with a noticeable raspberry flavor that is restrained but definately quite prominent. Very full feeling, which I believe a tiny bit of sugar would have helped with, in the future I think I'll add ~0.25-0.5# of sugar to the batch
