Yeast: Wyeast 1084
Batch Size (Gallons): 5
Original Gravity: 1.054
Final Gravity: 1.014
IBU: 56
Boiling Time (Minutes): 60
Color: 18
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 7
Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 7
Tasting Notes: Strong malt flavor balanced with a strong hoppy bitterness

8 lbs Maris Otter
1 lb Crystal 20
.5 lbs Munich (light)
.25 lbs Roasted Barley
2 oz Northern Brewer
1 oz Fuggles

Single infusion mash @ 152 degrees for 90 mins
adding .25 lbs roasted barley @ the 45 min mark

Hop schedule:
60 mins 1 oz Northrn Brewer
30 mins 1 oz Northern Brewer
10 mins 1 oz Fuggles
