Originally an extract recipe before I switched to AG.

1oz Cascade 30min
1oz Crystal 30min
1oz Cascade 15 min
1oz Citra 10

Dry Hop 14 days
1oz Citra

Yeast:
Cali, Chico, Notty, your fav ale yeast will do. Just did a batch with NW Ale and its pretty damn good.

Hope you enjoy!

Special B is a very rich dark caramel malt from Belgium. It tastes like prunes or apricots; at least to me. It's very rich, to me it's similar to crystal 120.

Couldn't tell ya what special roast is

I know what Special B is, but the OP's recipe just says 'special'. I think special roast is sort of like biscuit or brown malt or something.
