Default First AG beer in the glass!

I apologize if this is considered forum spam, pretentious, self-aggrandizing, etc, etc. I am really excited though because I just tasted my first all-grain beer! Not quite finished carbonating but enough that it wasn't flat.

It's a Belgian Blonde I converted from a tried and true extract recipe I've been brewing for a few years. It turned out very nicely. It is a little drier than the original extract version but there's some tweaking I need to do still to the recipe.

Thanks HBT for the advice when I was starting out. Here's to you all!

Anyway, here's the beer porn:

Probably just the light, but looks more like a Red, than a Blond, a "Strawberry Blond" looks delicious!!

Agreed. It is darker than the extract version I brew. Like I said, I have some tweaking to do

It is delicious though!
