So should I brew up some beer as a giveaway to people who show up to our open-houses?

Maybe a nice Wit?

A Wit or a Mild would work fairly well.

[Although some people favor that "fresh chocolate chip cookies" smell.]

I don't think I'll be BREWING it that day (although I'm sure the smell would rival cookies to most of you). Maybe offering it as a take-home, with a picture of the house, description, and our contact information.

Send buyers home with bottles with labels showing off you house information. How awesome would that be?
