Made a extract w grains Wit and used the White Labs 400 liquid yeast.
Made it on the 10th, ist started bubbling on the 11 (Monday night) and she is still steadily moving, 1 burp every 30-40 seconds.

Just curious to hear thoughts. I assume I'm good.

11 days fermenting is good. Take a gravity reading. If it's dropped 75% then it's done.

You can either rack to a secondary or bottle.

I kegged a Weizen 9 days after brewing.

JayMack, you've been brewing longer than as me. Calm down. You need to go log into the beginners forum and dole out some solid advice.
