I was unsure of where to post this question (new to the forum) but I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction with regard to schools for brewing. I live in NJ and, from my research, I haven't found anything near where I live. Is there another track I could follow (engineering?) in a state college or maybe I didn't look in the right places. I would personally try to avoid 4 years of engineering (i have enough loans already) and would much rather find a school or program nearby that could get me certified or a degree. Any help would be great and much appreciated!
