I have an nb caribou slobber that has been in primary for 19 days tomorrow. I was going to keg tomorrow to open up the fermenter for an ipa that will be dry hopped. I have a carboy that I could use for primary on the ipa, but I want to use it when I dry hop.
One other thing, I was gonna keg 4 gallons and bottle 1 gallon. I plan on set and forget with the keg. Should I leave it at room temp for a couple weeks and then set and forget or will that not help?
