Hey everyone,

I have 4 jars of washed belgian wit yeast in my fridge currently. The Allagash White clone that I used it on previously turned out delicious. Anyone have another good recipe that I can brew with this yeast? Thanks!

3944 is quite flexible. try brewing a dubbel or a tripel with it.
