Don't know if this one is already posted, but I saw it on del.icio.us and thought it might just be worthy of this forum...

They use Guinness in the recipe, but I'm sure you adaptive brewers can come up with some creative variations...

Actually, it's probably pretty awesome! Like a beef stew with stout in it...and the pastry is probably a nice addition. Like a pot pie with beer! Can't get any more white trash than that!
