I recently bottled my cider which ha fermented and aged for about 3 months. The fg was 1.000 and I didn't back sweeten. Is it still necessary to pasteurize even though the SG is equal to that of h2o? I did a quick search in the topic, but didn't find much. Noob alert! Thanks guys!

unless you went seriously wrong when you sterilized everything you should be fine
