Looks good, probably won't be long until you try to figure out how to get keg and tap #2.

What is the best way to test the system out?
Just fill the keg with water and run co2 to it ?
And run the faucet a few times and check for leaks ? Thanks

Sure, that would work to check for leaks. I didn't really wait much, I had batches waiting to be kegged so I put'em in there and worked through the inevitable issues. For one, the guy at the brew store sold me 1/4" beer line, way too big and foamed like crazy into the glass. People here set me straight, so I got 10 feet of 3/16 for each tap, worked like a charm. Stuff like that is hard to trouble shoot with water.

Then again my dad changed his line to the foot per pound method, he said it made no difference

If you beer foams like crazy, you'll know why. It's a cheap fix anyway.
