Ok, so I've made wine, beer, and mead..... so now I wanna try my hand at soda. However I can't find a recipe for cream soda (non-yeast). Any help?

I found a blog a while ago while perusing through MrFoodScientists blog...he has some good recipes and some really good notes on his experiences. Check it out.

While your at it, you should look at the Harry Potter Butter Beer Clone recipes that are out there on the Web.

I do like me some butter beer!

There are the Gnome soda extracts, I haven't tried them myself, but I figure that's a good place to start if you want to start with soda.
